Hello my name isXXXXX look forward to assisting and am very sorry to hear that you are having this problem.
How old is the printer?
Do black prints do this as well?
.
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Printer is less than year old, everything prints as normal, but on white card even

160g there is a mottley tint

It sounds like to much paper may be getting loaded into the machine.
Can you test using a single sheet of each type of paper? If less paper needs to be loaded, loading only a single sheet when printing would tell us.

Already done that when using mulyi-tray

Hello,

I would like to help you solve this problem but I need some additional information.

Can you, please, tell me the following:

1. Before changing the cartridges, did the printer print well on heavy paper? What I mean is did you try to print on heavy paper shortly before you changed the cartridges?

2. Does the tinting occur in all the colours (i.e. CMYK)?

3. Have you tried to increase paper weight set on the printer (e.g. for 200g set paper weight to 256g)? You said you made sure the paper weight is correct - try to set it higher.

Thank you,
Tom
