OK, please try the below:
1. On the operator panel, press and hold the <ON/OFF> button for one second. (The display will go blank.)Note: It may be necessary to unplug the power cord if pressing the ON/OFF button does not shut off the printer.2. Wait approximately 15 seconds and then press the <ON/OFF> button again.3. Wait until the device has completed its cycling process before submitting another print job.
If that does not resolve the issue let us do these three things:
1) Reseat all if the Ink Cartridges.
2) Make sure that there is not a Paper Jam or an piece of Paper inside the Printer, likely in the path of the Carriage where the Cartridges are seated..
3) Reset your Printer.....
