How old is the machine?
Where does the noise sound like it is coming from?

The machine is just over a year old sounds like its coming from the cyan cartridge sounds like cogs missing each other

Where on the machine does it sound like it is coming from? For example the left front side of the machine. Does the noise come from the same place every time?

If you remove the ink cartridges and drum, then close the machine it will give you an error that is normal. Do you still hear any type of noise?

I can remove cartridges but dont know how to remove drum

no but i have changed cartridge and still makes noise

Ok remove the cartridges and clean the entire area inside the machine with a cloth then test it again for me please.

Right on the cartridge that the noise is coming from the cog is jammed one way the others move both ways any help
