Kodak ESP 3250 My printer has stopped printing black and white

Kodak ESP 3250
My printer has stopped printing black and white and only prints colour. I have replaced the cartridge with brand new one twice

This is generally caused by a clogged or malfunctioning Printhead, so I would like you to do this first please on the printer.

Press Home on the printer control panel.

Press the down arrow button until Maintenance is selected, then press
OK.

Press the down arrow until Clean Printhead is selected, then press OK.

Once completed, tell me if it now prints Black and White.

No change, still not printing black

Cleaned again to check, it asked me to replace colour cartridge, black now printing but blue missing

ok, did you replace also the Blue Cartridge?

colour cartridge is all in one so replaced whole cartridge with brand new one

Soak it in hot water for 5 minutes, then leave it to dry so it is completly dry.

Once done, put it in the printer and tell me if Blue is now printing please.

blue still not working, soaked head for at least 5 minutes, dried it thoroughly, but blue still absent

The print head itself has faulted Sue.

This was the initial cause, and why the Blue is now not working.

If the printer is still under warranty, you can return it and have the print head replaced at no cost.

If not, then you will need to purchase a replacement which you can do from my link below.
