I have a Canon ix6500. It has just stopped printing. there is no apparent problem with the inks. the printing paper comes out blank.

As the first step, can you remove the power from the printer and wait 10 minutes.

Then connect the power, turn on the printer and tell me please if it now functions.

Can you click Start, Devices and Printers.

Right click on the Canon and select Printer Properties.

There, click on Print a Test Page and tell me if this comes out correct please.

Can you please go to www.teamviewer.com

Click on Download in the top right.

Go down to "TeamViewer Quicksupport"

Click on Download and download and run the program.

It will give you an ID and a Password.

Please give me the ID (leave a space between each character eg: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9) and the password XXXXX your next message to me here.

I can then connect to your computer.
