My laptop will not connect wirelessly to the MG 5300 printer

Resolved Question:

My laptop will not connect wirelessly to the MG 5300 printer - the printer works fine when I use a USB cable to connect the laptop to it. Should I reinstall the printer software? - if so how do I uninstall the printer? My laptop is an Acer Aspire 5552. I have successfully printed from it previously

My computer recommends not opening Elsinore

  1. Please click on the website below:

  2. Then download and run the file join.me when it prompts or shows
    (Close / cancel any trial window if prompted)
  3. If prompted, click on "share".
  4. Then tell me the 9 digit numbers that it will show in the join.me program.

Please go to Start, control panel, programs, programs and features, and select the Canon proggram, and uninstall it.

, then restart the computer and reinstall the printer cd disk.
