Move the mouse to the bottom right corner.
Then click on search, type in printers then click on devices and printers.

Right click on the printer and click on see what's printing.
Click on printer at the top of the window.

Click on use printer offline so it is not checked.

your service was prompt but did not solve my problem sat down quietly on my own and worked it out for myself pprinter now working perfectly i think in my case 21 pounds is very expensive and would think twice about recommending your website as for an extra 15 pounds i could have got someone in and no repiar no payment required. so i think a five is the score for this service.
