Is it only affecting the Cyan ink catridge?
Are you there?
yes I tried the printer without the cyan cart and it seemed to be ok
Do you have an empty Cyan cartidge?
I tried with an empty cart and it kept turning over as it does when you first switch the printer on
Does the printer look like it was dropped? because i see that printer is not turning off when you need it to
Have you received a red light and a message saying maintenance tank full?
no the printer was not dropped but it has been moved in transit between premises and I moved it myself so I know it has not been dropped
We can try reset the maintenance tank see if this fixes the dumping problem.
Have you ever done this before? If not i can send you a link to a short video tutorial on how to do it.
ok do i need to have it all set up because at the moment it is in the corner of my room disconnected
no actually while disconnected is fine. Have a look at this video then let me know if you have questions.
no i havent because i have never had any problems before
Lets power it up
ok bear with me i am doing it now
Have you turned it on?
What is on the screen?
one moment please. please look at the video.
its is saying waiting, but as soon as i put the cart in its telling me low cyan ink but i know its is a new cart
have tried to watch the video but i am failing
We might have to take it to take it in to get it checked out I am thinking either the sensor either needs cleaning or replacement.
I have now watched the video but i cannot get the printer to the ready stage to reset as this problem arises as soon as i put the cart in it keeps saying waiting on the screen and continually turning over
i have already just tried it but cannot get on to the menu screen
