Can you click Start, Devices and Printers.

Right click on the epson printer and select Printer Properties.

Then click on Print Test Page.

On the computer, go to Devices and Printers.

Right click on the printer and select Remove Device to uninstall it.

then restart the computer

Install the printer again and tell me if it now prints correctly please.

Hi Richard,sorry for the delay but being a novice at this computer lark it takes a bit of time.I uninstalled and then reinstalled did a test page but now back to only a flag in corner of page.

Is the printhead that has failed, we have confirmed this now as we have removed software as the cause, and you have done the nozzle check and clean.

I am really sorry about this and you are going to have to return the printer to have this replaced. It it will be covered by the warranty if this has not expired, and the replacement will be done at no cost to you.
