Hello! Thank you for your question. I am a licensed printer professional with over ten years of experience, and I will be assisting you today.

I'm sorry about the issue. Per your request, here are the steps to clean the printhead:

Print Head Cleaning

  1. Press the Maintenance button twice to display [H] in the LED light.

  2. Press the Black or Color button. (The print head cleaning starts.)

Note: Do not do any other operations until print head cleaning is completed.

  3. Print the nozzle check pattern and check the print head status.

  4. If the print quality does not improve after performing two consecutive print head cleanings, perform deep print headcleaning.

Deep Print Head Cleaning

  1. Press the <Maintenance> button repeatedly until [y] appears.

  2. Press the Black or Color button.

Note: Do not do any other operations until print head cleaning is completed.

  3. Print the nozzle check pattern and check the print head status.
