Sorry to hear you’re having trouble. We’ll get started chatting here. I am also sending you an offer so you can reach me directly me by phone if preferred. Feel free to ignore it for now, it will be available to you at any time if you need to get more help after our chat.

Nathan :

Are you referring to a Canon Pixma MP150?

Nathan :

Are you talking about a print job from the computer? Or an actual photocopy directly on the canon?

JACUSTOMER-l3b1a0qi- :

I am referring to my Pixma MP 150 copier that cannot cease to print the same document ++++times. I would like to know please how to stop this so that I can carry on printing other documents again. Is there some tab I should press?

Nathan :

I need to know if this is happening with a print job from the computer, or a photocopy?

Nathan :

I'm assuming it is a print job from what you've said so far, but want to be certain.

Nathan :

If so, this can be a printer problem (bad logic board, memory glitch, etc)

Nathan :

or it can be an issue with the computer

Nathan :

We need to check the computer first,

Nathan :

go to your start menu (if on windows 7 or prior) and to Devices/Printers

Nathan :

Right click on the Canon icon there, then choose See Whats Printing

Nathan :

let me know if there are any jobs showing in the window that comes up, which is the print queue

JACUSTOMER-l3b1a0qi- :

Yes there is one item that shows continually

Nathan :

Okay,

Nathan :

now right click on it, and then on CANCEL
