Ive just bought a Canon i-sensys and I cant install the drivers.

I've just bought a Canon i-sensys and I can't install the drivers. USB cable is plugged in but it won't have it!

I'm on windows 7


 


from memory, it says it can't find the printer and the remedy is to unplug everything, reboot and try again. I've done that but it sill can't find it

Do I install the UFR II or the PCL printer driver or the PS one?

Click the windows start button then right click on computer and click properties, it will say which you have there.
Where are you getting the driver from? Out of those two it would be PCL but that does not sound right either.

Aha! 64 bit.


 


They came with the printer.


 


I have one marked PS User Software and another which is just User Software


there's also the i-sensys disc but that's just the manual
