The model of my printer is HP Photosmart C4480. My computer is an Intel with Windows 8.2 software. Yes, of course, you are more than willing to help via remote, as long as you don't see me in my dressing gown!!

Are you still able to make a copy on the printer (not print from the computer)/

Are you able to go to Control Panel? (At the Desktop screen mode, right-click on the windows logo icon at the bottom left, then click on Control Panel; or press at the same time the two keys Windows and R on you keyboard, then type control then click OK.)
