I asked you questions Sir or Ma'am.
Are you here???
Good Day to you.
Please see the above questions, I need those answered please.
printer is connected to the pc and is wireless
Ok. What Operating System are you using???
sorry what is an operating system. not very good with technology
Windows XP, 200, 7. 8. 8.1 or MAC OS X?
thanks windows 7
Do you know how to look at your Print Queue?
yes the print queue was very long
??? Sorry, clarify please? You mean there are jobs in the Print Queue???
That is the issue.
Please right click on each job and cancel them all.
Also, please shut your printer off.
For 5 minutes and turn it back on...
Open Printers by clicking the Start button
clicking Control Panel, clicking Hardware and Sound, and then clickingPrinters.
To open the print queue, double-click the printer you are using.
Click the Printer menu, and then click Cancel All Documents. Depending on the printer, the item currently printing might finish, but the remaining items will be cancelled.
ok will try that and hope it works, if not will you still be able to help
Sir or Ma'am, I am here until 12:00 AM Eastern Time. So about another 14 hours...

Please delete all that in the Print Queue and reboot the PC.
Also, restart the Printer again.

Yes there is. I will be back in 30 with another option go try.
Ok, I am back...
Now you have Windows 7, so what I want you to do is uninstall the Printers Drivers for the Printer.
You can remove print drivers that are not associated with a local printer or connection using the printui.exe tool
in an admin elevated command prompt type
printui /s /t2
Be sure to remove the driver AND the package.
Then reboot the PC.
I want you to do a partial reset of your Printer.
Video posted for you to walk you through it.
Go to the HP site and get the latest Drivers for your Printer.
Link to the download page:
Select your Operating System and reinstall the new ones.
Then, your Printer should now work.
Chime in after completing the steps above Sir or Ma'am...
I did not get all the information last night as I had to go out. Could you repeat the rest of the instructions please
sorry I am now lost with the jargon. How do I find latest driver for the printer. How to link the download page. How to select operating system and reinstall new ones. I don't understand how to do any of these steps. Please help with simple language
Do you understand the video??
Did you do the partial Reset at least??
Chime in when ready...
