Sorry that you are having this issue at this time. I know that it can be taxing when it comes to these type of problems.
This issue is due to the Ink Absorbers being 95% or greater of capacity.
Now to resolve this issue you can:
1) If so inclined go and purchase the ink absorbers your self. Then have a Tech come to you and have them replace them for you. It is about a 15 minute repair.
