turn off printer and unplug power cord...
keep the ON button opn printer pressed for 10 secs
wait for 2 mins
plug in power cord back in and turn on printer
try printing and let me know if still error code repeats
my printer is shown as off line so cannot print

and what is the status of the wifi blue led..is it on, off or flashing

now you need to turn off computer, printer and router
the sequence of turning them back on is as follows
1. computer...once you reach desktop, then turn on
2. router..once its booted and you are connected to internet, then turn on
once this is done check if printer still shows up as online or offline
OK have done all that and it indicates printer is 'off line' and I cannot add printer to allow me to print.

you do not have to put any id
simply tell me the id and password ***** the left side on teh window

then open teamviewer from serch results

does anything come up in search results

Hi, Michelle I don't know what happened but the computer shut down and failed to restart. I had to use my Windows disc to re-boot and lost all my files in the process. Have we solved the original problem or what?
Have just tried to print but a 'spooling message has appeared so we appear to back to square one.
