I have a carriage jam in an officejet 7500 printer. Tried all the usual steps - there is no sign of paper jamming the rollers - what do I do?

Please remove all Cable if any that may be plugged into your device. That includes the Power cord.

Leave it in this state for 35 minutes. This is to power down all systems with in the printer and allow for the sensors to reset.
