ok please try the below steps
remove the cartridge...turn off the unit....unplug the power cable...manually slide the carriage assembly\ printhead back and forthalso clean the rail against which the assembly slides with a tissue ensuring that there is no ink residue on itclean the golden contacts of the cartridges and the printhead with a cotton swab dipped in little alcoholonce these steps have been done turn on printer and check
let me know the status once done

the b200 is a service error indicating a fault with the printhead or logic board

Ok but carriage a seems a little "tight".
you can slide it to and fro few times
also with a soft tissue clean the rail against which it slides
once done turn on printer and check

in that case it seems to be a fault with the printhead or logic board
i would suggest to take a service quote from a local repair store first and then checking out as usually repairs for such errors are not cost effective and new unit can be opted for at almost the same or little high costlet me know if you have any queries

i would suggest to go in for a new printer
fixing this will cost you almost the same as getting a new printer
further if its a multiple part failure might cost even more
i hope you understand that i can diagnose hardware faults and suggest intermediate fixes but cannot make a bad part work again
