After much searching I can't find a help line for Canon Printers,

After much searching I can't find a help line for Canon Printers, so I don't know if you will be able to help but you might be able to point me in the right direction.
I have a Canon Pixma 9500 Mk ll. I inserted the CD Tray into the computer through the front feed option before I knew what had happened the tray went into the printer, making a terrible noise and it is now stuck in the printer. Nothing happens when I push the error button and the ink cartridges are completely stuck as is the CD Tray. I am devastated as I use the printer all the time for my work.
Please advise where I can find help. Thanks

I am sorry about that, I thought you wanted the Canon Help line.
The printer issue is one that cant be repaired online. It will require disassembling the printer. You will need to send it in for repair or replacement.
