please turn off printer and unplug power cord

now keep the ON button on printer pressed for 10 secs

wait for 2 mins

plug in power cord and turn on printer and check

ok so basically its stuck in copy mode and you want it to come back to print mode

JACUSTOMER-v4rd4b0p- : When the home button is pressed it simply comes up with copy scan and cloud but I didn't realise you could scroll sideways,thanks!

I do not want to sign up to paying £18 each month how do I get ou of this? Fair enough to pay £18 for your help but I wish that to be the end of it.

and check about the subscription you have
in case of free trial, monthly charge should not be there
i would suggest to call them up and get the changes done to your subscription
