Just purchased a Epson printer XP-625 and having trouble

Resolved Question:

Just purchased a Epson printer XP-625 and having trouble setting it up. I've got as far as getting the inks in but cannot get the Wi-Fi to work, to me it seems they don't recognise each other. Its telling me to run software on the computer before continuing.
I've ran the disc into the computer, would there be information on this as there is no direction on the start-up I was using?
Also is every computer compatible with this printer?
I'm a bit wary about this
Thanks

Hello! Thank you for your question. I am a licensed printer professional with over ten years of experience, and I will be assisting you today.

I'm sorry about the issue. Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, or mac computer?

What is the brand/model of your Internet/wireless modem/router device?

What happens when you go to the printer's screen, and then go to menu/setup, and connect to your Wi-Fi/wireless network name?

Please reply at the box below. Thank you

I got as far as clicking on the wi fi symbol but didn't know what else to do

On the printer, select the wireless/wrench tool icon, then select Wi-Fi Setup.
(Or select the network/wireless icon, then Setup, and then Wi-Fi Setup.)
Select Wi-Fi Setup Wizard.
, then let me know what happens.

Thank you,

Is it asking for your Wi-Fi/wireless password/passphrase/key? Do you know it?

What is the brand/model of your Internet/wireless modem/router device?

Do you have a laptop/wireless computer that is currently able to connected via wireless? If so, does it have Windows xp, vista, or 7, 8, or Mac?
