Hi, I am A. Stevens here to help with your question!
Could you tell me where you had purchased the replacement chips?
I've seen many issues similar to yours when using refill kits and/or aftermarket chips.
I assume that you had refilled the original cartridges that you got with the printer?
Do you by chance have any other OEM (original manufacturer) cartridges that you can try to use?
Even if they are empty, just so you can see if you receive the error?
The only thing I think you can try at this point without purchasing new cartridges
Is to wipe down and clean the contacts on the chips very well
and reinsert them to see if they will read correctly.
Otherwise I think that the cartridges have gone defective and cannot be used any longer.
It possible the point of contacts in the printer could be dirty/damanged as well?
good morning, I managed to get one sorted this morning by again cleaning the contact points but the Light cyan looks like i may need to replace the cart at least I'll have a spare
Glad you were able to resolve it.
