Not sure how to disable the Avast
Hasn't automatically been reinstalled
when trying to print test page says printer has been removed
yes removed the printer from 'devices and printers'
printer is connected to computer via yellow cat5 cable
connections have been checked
as not USB not possible to try another port
It is a standard printer yellow cat 5 cable fitted between computer and printer
Click on Start\Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Devices and Printers, then click on Add a printer option at the top, then select the network, wireless... option, then see if it detects your printer, then add it and check. (make sure printer is powered on.)Thank you.
