When in Chrome, my pc (Packard Bell) running Windows 7 will

Resolved Question:

When in Chrome, my pc (Packard Bell) running Windows 7 will not recognise my Epson SX415 printer. All other applications do, so it seems like a Chrome problem. I have uninstalled & reinstalled Chrome and also the printer and reset the Chrome settings - all to no avail. Any ideas?

when you try to print something from the chrome browser it doesnt print am i correct

yes, the message "printer is not ready to print" comes up in the dialogue box and the ink cartridges are greyed out. Note that the problem is only in Chrome mode
