I want to warn you that it is possible you will need to replace a part in order to fix this.
There are a few different things that can cause this and a couple different parts so we would need to troubleshoot to find out for sure.
What model printer is this?

How did you clean it? How old is it?

cleaned with clean cloth about 7 years old and it has come up with a code of 3513

Wow that is actually a really long time for a Kodak print head. They normally last about 2 years and are consumable just like the ink cartridges. The 3513 error means the print head needs to be replaced.
