What happens when you put a document or photo facedown on the printer's glass, then press the Black button or Color button? Thank you.

Can you turn off printer, then disconnect power cord from printer for a couple of minutes, then reconnect, then turn on, then see if you can make a copy again. Thank you.

I've already looked at that website before I contacted you.

the only light that is on is the C light

Sorry, it seems there may be issue with the Color ink. Can you take out both ink catridges for a minute, then reinstall then see if you can make a copy, thanks.

Still nothing.

Lots of positive noises as the printer sets itself up but ultimately nothing.
