Hi!

Can you provide more detail about your issue? What do you mean by 'stopped working'? Is the printer coming on? Is there an error message on the printer or your computer? Please understand that we aren't with you in person and your high level of detail will help get your problem solved quickly.
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

No the printer is not coming on!

It is completely dead: no lights come on or flash at all when the device is plugged in?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

Completely dead-no lights or flash

Is there a light on the ac adapter or is it just a black brick with no light?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

It's just a black brick with no light

Expert:  Thomas replied 2 years ago.
Unplug the cable that goes from the wall to the power brick, and inspect the cable and the port for foreign objects. Try smelling both the cable and the port on the power brick for any sign of a 'burned smell'.

Unplug the power cable from the back of the printer and do the same. With the printer unplugged, press and hold the power button for 30 seconds. If there is a stop/cancel button, hold it for 30 seconds as well.

Reconnect the power cable from the AC adapter to the back of the printer. Connect the cable from the wall to the AC adapter (if you have another one of these cables lying around, try it instead of the original) and try to power the printer on again. If you don't get anything, try holding the power button down for 30 seconds again.

Please reply with the date of purchase if none of this works.
