unable to connect to home hub

Thank you Robert
On the Hub you will see a reset button.
Hold this in for 10 seconds, then release.
Then restart the printer and try to connect it.

Expert:  Richard replied 2 years ago.
ok, what disconnected it? Or it just stopped working Robert?

jurt stopped working

Expert:  Richard replied 2 years ago.
Thanks Robert,
Its going to be the wireless card in the printer that has faulted. We have ruled out the router, security and firmware as the issue, and the fact that it just stopped working, further confirms this.
You are going to have to return the printer to have this replaced. It will be covered by the warranty if this has not expired, and the replacement will be done at no cost to you.
I am really sorry about this, and if you have problems, or would like any additional information or assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know.
And if you can take a second to rate my service, that would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
