Hi I have the Canon MG3550 Printer. I have been trying to copy an original A4. Everytime it starts A4 and then after I have pressed the paper button the A4 then changes to 4" x 6". Can you please tell me what to do to get it to copy A4. Thank you

I am not printing from my computer I am trying to get a copy of my original from the scanner

When the printer is on, press and hold the Stop button until the Alarm lamp flashes 10 times.
Then release the stop button.
The on lam starts flashing
Press the back button to select A4.
The on lamp then stops flashing and its set to A4
