I have two suggestions:
1) From the bottom left corner, type devmgmt.msc into the search box and click on the top result to open the Device Manager.
Next, click the action tab at the top and click "add legacy hardware>
Click next and next again and your PC will then scan for hardware but won't find anything.
Click next on the screen after that.
You will see a list of hardware appear.
Scroll down and choose network adapters.
Click next, then from the left column, choose "Microsoft"
In the right hand column, scroll down and choose "Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adapter"
Click next and the adapter will be installed.
Now reboot your computer and try printing.
If still no luck:
2) Again, In the start menu search bar type in REGEDIT to open the registry editor. Navigate through the following:
Now navigate to this key:
In the right pane, right click "Disabled Components" and select edit.
Set the DWord value to 0. Restart your computer and the teredo tunneling adapter will now start.
PLEASE NOTE THAT BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING YOU SHOULD CREATE A SYSTEM RESTORE POINT. ALSO BACK UP THE REGISTRY USING THE BACKUP TOOL FOUND UNDER THE "FILE" PULLDOWN MENU.
Please report back.
