Customer Question

Epson SX218 Printer connected to Toshiba Laptop. Printed output repeatedly fails in certain sections of a document, where specific parts of document may reliably print clearly and other parts are illegible. This failure is totally repeatable with the sub-standard print image always entirely repeatable.

click start..devices and printers

right click on printer icon..click on printer preferences

click on print test page

let me know if test page too has the same print quality problem as other printouts

Regrettably I am unable to proceed further at this time. Having started the printer successfully I am now lost, I have to admit that I do not see a Printer Icon & am unable therefore to proceed further. Any other advice would be gratefully received, failing that I will understand if this session is ended without further progress. Thank you.

in the page that opens click on start full version

it will download a file teamviewer exe

download and open\run that file
