Recently all attachments on emails which are downloaded do not come through. The computer says no downloads received. Please help

Are you trying to print your downloaded files or are you trying to view the downloaded files? Also where do you get that message and which operating system are you running?

i WANT REMOTE.

I get emails and they come with attachments which I try to download, Nothing happens. Also, if I try to print the email, nothing happens.
