Can you tell me please the make and model of the printer, and what happens when you try to copy?

Kodak 5200 series.printer goes through copy process-but no result!

As the first step, can you please remove the power from the printer and wait 10 minutes.
Connect the power and turn on the printer and tell me please if it now copies.

Can you click my link below and follow the steps to remove the print head

Once one, soak the printhead in warm soapy water for 10 minutes and give it a good clean.
Then dry it off and make sure it is completely dry
Out it back in the printer, put in the ink cartridges and then try to do a copy

washed print head anddried .printing but in green now blue.put new cartridges in no change

It is the print head that has faulted, we have ruled out all other causes for this.
I am really sorry about this and you are going to have to return the printer to have this replaced. It will be covered by the warranty if this has not expired, and the replacement will be done at no cost to you.
