ESP 5250

Expert:  Viet - Printer Tech replied 2 years ago.

Thank you. Please try the following fix:

  1. Remove all paper from the paper tray(s).
  2. Disconnect the power cord from the printer.
  3. Wait 5 seconds, then reconnect the power cord.
  4. Reload paper in the paper tray(s).
  5. Try printing again.

If that does not work, please try:

  1. Open the printer's access door.
  2. Disconnect the power cord from the printer.
  3. Wait about 30 seconds.
  4. Connect the power cord to the printer. And turn the printer on, if it does not turn on.
  5. After the printer has powered up, the message "Printer access door open" should appear.
  6. Close the printer access door.
  7. Check printing.

Please let me know. Thank you.
