I would like you first to clean the printhead to see if this improves it.
To do this
Press Home on the printer control panel.
Press the down arrow button until Maintenance is selected, then press OK.
Press the down arrow until Clean Printhead is selected, then press OK.
Once done, print and tell me if you still have the problem please.

The first time i printed after your instruction was good the second time was the same fault i asked you about

I then want you to manually clean the print head using Soapy Water.
First, follow the instructions here to remove the print head

Then soak the printhead in warm soapy water for 20 minutes giving it a good clean.
Then dry it, make sure it is completly dry and put it back in the printer.
Then try to print.

I have tried the second way you told me to clean the printer head but it comes back not found . i have tried at least 8 times . Cant you tell me how to do it

The www adress you gave me comes up not found. If you are a expert why cant you tell me how to get the printer head out to clean. If you cant i will buy a new printer. There fore you have not solved the problem so i want my money back.

Both addresses work perfect Edwin, its just easier for you to see it and with my customers they don';t have an issue clicking on a link, so this is not such as hassle.
To remove it, you remove the print cartridges. Lift the center clip that holds the print head up, then hold the sides and slide it directly up and it will come out of the socket.
Once done, soak the print head in soapy water, giving it a good clean and letting it soak for 10 minutes.
Then dry the print head out and once completely dry, put the print head back in, put the cartridges back in and then try to print.

It is the print head itself that has faulted. We have ruled out all other causes for this.
I am really sorry about this and you are going to have to return the printer to have this replaced. It will be covered by the warranty if this has not expired, and the replacement will be done at no cost to you.

Does Mean i do not get charged for yor time as you have not found the fault, only say it is the prinyer head you are not sure. Once i get a answer i will cive you the rating

I did not say I am not sure or that I did not find the fault, I told you what the problem is and what you need to do to get it fixed.
If course though as the customer, if you do not wish to pay for the service you have received, that is up to you.
