my printer is photo coping pages which are not in line copy comes out with oversized text on black only with some colour and copy is off page in part yet when I print from emails or internet comes out perfect.

I want to warn you that it is possible you will need to replace a part in order to fix this. There are a few different things that can cause this and a couple different parts so we would need to troubleshoot to find out for sure. If you scan into the computer does the same thing happen?

  1. Right-click the Start button
  2. in the lower left corner of the screen, click Search, and then type Fax and Scan.
  3. Click Windows Fax and Scan in the results.
  4. Click New Scan, and then click Scan.
