Can you remove the power to the wifi router, and the printer and shut down the computer wait 10 minutes.
Then connect the power to the wifi router and wait 5 minutes.
Connect the power to the printer and wait 5 minutes.
Then power on the computer and try to print.

On the back of the router is a reset button. Using a paperclip, can you push and hold the reset button in for 10 seconds, then release.
Wait 5 minutes and then restart the printer and the computer and then try to print.
Let me know the results please

Still the same not printing comes up printer in error state

ok, I want then for you to reinstall the printer please.
Can you uninstall the printer, by clicking start, Devices and printers and then right clicking on the printer and selecting remove device.
Then restart the computer
Then install the printer again like when you first received it and tell me please if it now prints.

yes, it is the printer that has faulted Alan, we have ruled out everything else.
It will be covered by the warranty if this has not expired, and the replacement will be done at no cost to you.
