I have recently purchased an epson printer/photocopier

Resolved Question:

hi . i have recently purchased an epson printer/photocopier scanner. it says it has all been installed succesfully , i followed the dvd instructions. However when i try to print a word document , it automatically takes me back into my stored documents then asks me to 'save or change' the programme name. All the while this pops up blocking my document , whatever i do it wont print. Have tried many ways to do it

The model is xp-322 . i havent been able to print anything , and also cannot find the printer icon on my laptop. I have windows 7
