Hello my name is***** look forward to assisting and am very sorry to hear that you are having this problem. I want to warn you that it is possible you will need to replace a part in order to fix this. There are a few different things that can cause this and a couple different parts so we would need to troubleshoot to find out for sure. What is it doing when you try to use it?

  1. Press Home.

  2. If needed, press up or down to select Copy Document.

  5. Press left or right to select the enlargement or reduction you want.

NOTE: If you select Fit to Page , the printer detects the size of the original on the scanner glass and the size of the paper in the paper tray, and automatically reduces or enlarges the original so that the copy fits on the paper
