I have an MG8150 Canon printer only printing photos in pale

Resolved Question:

I have an MG8150 Canon printer only printing photos in pale pinks. I have put in all new cartridges and it makes no difference. Help please?

As the first step, can you please remove the power from the printer and wait 10 minutes. so remove the power from the power socket.
Then connect the power, turn it on and tell me if it now prints correctly.

We will then clean the print head
Select the Setup button on the HOME screen:
The Setup menu screen will appear.
Select Maintenance and touch the OK button.
The Maintenance screen will appear.
Select Cleaning, and touch the OK button
The confirmation screen will appear.
Select Yes, and touch the OK button.
The machine starts cleaning the Print Head.
Do not perform any other operations until the machine completes the cleaning of the Print Head. This takes about 1 minute.
The pattern print confirmation screen will appear.
Select Yes, and touch the OK button. Do 2 regular cleanings and 1 deep cleaning as needed to get the print looking normal again.
