Hi - my name is***** your question regarding an Epson stylus SX200 question, and a computer that had Windows 10 recently installed on it?I would like to address whatever case and question and problem you are referencing. (For your information: use the Reply To Expert tab, not the 'New Question' tab, to reply to a request for information from an Expert here at JustAnswer.com. Other approaches open a new question/case, which is confusing in various ways for both Expert and customer - the customer *may* - I'm not sure - get billing for two questions rather than one, for instance.
