Resolved Question:

The print with the colour cartridge is very very feint. I have put in a new cartridge but still the same. I have followed the on screen instructions on cleaning... to no avail.

There can be a few cleaning operations it tells you to do, can you tell me please exactly which one you did please?

I returned the cartridges to the right hand side.

I took out the power cable

I took out the colour cartridge

I cleaned it as instructed and put it in again.

Same result so I changed the cartridge.

Can you click start, devices and printers.
Right click on your printer and select Printer Properties.
Then click on the maintenance tab
There perform a nozzle clean and alignment check.
Once completed, tell me if it now prints correctly.
