I can't scan from my HP Deskjet 3050A J611 Series to my HP laptop since I downloaded Windows 10. I use a USB cable connection because ever since I had the printer and although the lights are on to signify that I am connected, the printer won't even print unless I plug in the USB cable.
Simple instructions please as I am 75 years old
