Hi, I am A. Stevens here to help with your question! Could you advise what operating system you have? The normal solution for this is to stop and restart the printer spooling service, I can help you find where that is once I know your operating system

So using the search function, can you locate "Services"
Expert:  A. Stevens replied 1 year ago.
Once you locate Services, scroll on the list until you locate "Print Spooler" - right click on it and select Restart
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Sorry Mr Stevens, I don't quite understand where to look - do you mean on the printer, in which case I cant find a search function. ?
Expert:  A. Stevens replied 1 year ago.
