I want to warn you that it is possible you will need to replace a part in order to fix this. There are a few different things that can cause this and a couple different parts so we would need to troubleshoot to find out for sure. How old is it?

When was the last time you replaced the print head with a new one? Just like ink cartridges they are consumable and need to be replaced over time. They normally last around 2 years. How much are they and where do you buy them

I sent youa click here link that goes straight to somewhere you can buy one that also shows the price from that seller. But the price varies from seller to seller, the average being €80, and if you do not want to buy it online any local computer repair shop should be able to order it for you. Most will not carry it though so it will need to be ordered. Some people do decide to replace the machine instead due to the price of the part but that is up to you.
