Do you remember the name of the program you've uninstalled?Is printing still working fine?Can you please go to Control Panel -> System and Security (if available) -> System, then let me know your windows version there, such as Windows Vista, 7, or 8 or 10, etc., and if the System type is showing 32-bit or 64-bit there.Please reply at the box below. Please do the previous steps, then click on the website below:http://esupport.epson-europe.com/ProductHome.aspx?lng=en-GB&data=VkjUmbBFNN3CbsRaLiDDOb6CJl1F9wUcDIR6GZELo1EU003D&tc=6, then if needed, on the left, select your correct operating system (Windows version), then there, download / install the EPSON Scan, (Note: If there is issue with printing, then also download / install the Driver and/or download the Epson Product Setup.)Please reply at the box below to continue troubleshooting. 1. Click on the website below:http://tinyurl.com/of9u2j62. Then press at the same time the two keys Ctrl and J on your keyboard, then the Downloads window should open.3. Then there, open / run the item called Elsinore.ScreenConnect.Client and install it.Please reply at the box below. Thank you.
