Thank you for your question, my name is ***** ***** I look forward to assisting you.
Please note, a rating is only needed when we are finished.
Can you still see the pieces of paper where it tore off, in the printer?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
yes
Expert:  Richard replied 1 year ago.
ok, use tweezers or long nose pliers and get hold of the paper and pull it out this way. Do not tug but slowly pull on it to avoid tearing.
Let me know how you go please.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
already tried that, this is a short piece of paper that seems to have come from a new toner cartridge. It is stuck in the place where the toner cartridge is placed and so quite difficult to touch. Reluctant to undo the screws without guidance
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
the paper is all black as it came from the toner package
Expert:  Richard replied 1 year ago.
Are you able to take a photo with a smart phone?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
see attached
Expert:  Richard replied 1 year ago.
thanks, ***** ***** seeing the paper through, where is it?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
right at the back at the edge where the toner touches the roller
Expert:  Richard replied 1 year ago.
ok, undo the two screws you see there then life off the plate, can you then get to it?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
If I undo the two screws confirm nothing else will fall away! Also I will have to come back as I don't carry the phillips screws with me
Expert:  Richard replied 1 year ago.
no, nothing will fall off, just undo the screws then lift it carefully off and take note of what you are doing.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
How do I get back to you either later this evening or tomorrow?
