Can you open the printer please, so where you put the ink cartridges in, and check there for any paper as usually it gets jammed there.
Let me know if you see anything please.

Can you wipe down the rollers and clean them as best as possible.
Let them drive then try to print and tell me how the paper feeds through please

Let me know the results please

Still no luck. The paper has a dent on it where the left roller is. Is this any help ?
Expert:  Richard replied 1 year ago.

Thanks
It is the roller covers that has faulted. Its either warn or damaged and not connecting with the paper correctly
I am really sorry about this and you are going to have to return the printer to have this replaced. It will be covered by the warranty if this has not expired, and the replacement will be done at no cost to you.
I am really sorry about this, and if you have problems, or would like any additional information or assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know.
And if you can take a second to rate my service, that would be greatly appreciated.

This is a relatively new printer and has had very little use. Is it still possible that the roller has worn ?
Expert:  Richard replied 1 year ago.
It will be a Faulty roller, will have been damaged when they made it.
But they will replace it under warranty for you.

Will i need the reciept of purchase ?
Expert:  Richard replied 1 year ago.
Depends on where you purchased it from and their policy, but print out a bank transaction that shows the purchase as this is usually enough if you do not have it.
