I am unable to print as the printer indicates that paper is stuck but I do not think there is any paper stuck as all I have done in install the printer and this is my first attempt at printing.

Printer details;- HP Deskjet 1510I do not want details of repairs as have been told it is out of date and cannot be mended. I do not wish to continue my membership and want a refund of £20 . The machine can be replaced for less than £30 . Thank you
