Mg4250 my printer is telling me that I have a paper jam.I

Mg4250 hi my printer is telling me that I have a paper jam.I have cleared it and now the message is s still there .I have cleaned along the heads as directed on YouTube
. But it,s still there

Can you please remove the power to the printer (so unplug it from the power socket).
Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the printer, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

Can you open it up please where you put the cartridge in, and check very carefully for any paper anywhere at all, even a very small amount can set off the sensor.
Then use a vacuum and vacuum it out to be sure.
Once done, close up the printer, turn it on and tell me if it now allows you to print please.

No luck have cleaned it

ok, power it off
the press and hold the stop button and with it held, power on the printer, still with the stop button (the red one) held.
Do this till it either starts or you get the error.

ok, can you remove eh ink cartridges, shake each of them and reseat them in the print head.

It is the internal mainboard that has faulted.
We have ruled out all other causes for this.
I am really sorry about this and you are going to have to return the printer to have it replaced. It will be covered by the warranty if this has not expired, and the replacement will be done at no cost to you.
